Antisemitic propaganda at work

I work at a small but highly visible LGBTQ non-profit in San Francisco. I filed a complaint with my employer regarding their new employee that shares a desk with me. This employee introduced extremist ideology via antisemitic flyers posted all over their desk at our Economic Workforce Development office which is fully funded by the City of San Francisco Grant funding. The posts are so disgusting I have stopped describing them in fear that I will create further trauma and distress in doing so. This person has also been bullying me, humiliating me, and menacing me at work. They have also disrupted team meetings with rants about the middle east. The executive director of the center and the director under her, have refused to terminate the employee. They only took down the flyers from their desk after a call from the Office of one of our State Senators. The images were violent and extreme. This person clearly harbors menacing ideas and there's potential for violence in those flyers. I reported I don't feel safe at work and I am working remotely while this person is allowed onsite. It feels wrong. I am reaching out because I strongly believe this person must be terminated as many of our clients are Jewish or can be perceived as supporters of Israel and capitalism. They are now gaslighting me and downplaying the flyers. I think I am going to face retaliation by form of firing and reassignment of tasks, so I am currently searching for a new role.
