The Jewish ERG Mini-Summit is a cross-industry gathering of professionals who serve in leadership roles within Jewish Employee Resource Groups at their respective organizations. Hosted by Clal – The National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership as part of the broader Faith@Work ERG Conference, Dare to Overcome, this convening is part of a two-day conference designed to strengthen the people shaping Jewish life in today’s workplaces.
Through facilitated roundtables, peer exchange, and shared strategy sessions, participants will deepen relationships with fellow Jewish ERG leaders, explore effective programming and positioning approaches, and leave with actionable insights to enhance their firm’s ERG initiatives. Significant networking opportunities — including collaborative discussions and an evening dinner — are built into the day.
This summit can be positioned as a professional development opportunity, depending on your company’s policies. A certificate of attendance will be provided to all participants. Registration is $350 per attendee - we have generous discounts available upon request. Attendees are responsible for travel and lodging; limited travel subsidies (up to $400 per person, first come first served) are available for those whose companies are unable to cover costs.
