Jewish@Work ERG Summit Reflection Session

Jewish@Work ERG Summit Reflection Session

The Jewish@Work ERG Summit offered a valuable opportunity to connect and network with other Jewish ERG leaders. Organizing an ERG takes a lot of effort, and itโ€™s rare to find time to step back and talk with others about the challenges and possibilities of that work. Itโ€™s also easy to lose sight of what was learned when you leave that space and go home. So letโ€™s keep the momentum going! Through interactive exercises and facilitated discussion, this session will help you reflect on key insights and takeaways from the Jewish@Work Summit and also to consider how the Jewish@Work conversations didโ€”and did notโ€”fit with the broader aims and goals of the Dare to Overcome Conference. And if you missed the Summit, this is a great opportunity to get caught up. Bring your questions, insights, and ideas! About the Facilitator: Isaac Weiner, Director of the Center for the Study of Religion at The Ohio State University, is an award-winning educator with over twenty-five years of experience teaching in both university and secondary school settings. His academic research explores shifting legal frameworks and corporate policies around religious inclusion and accommodation at work, and he recently designed a new college-level course on โ€œReligion and Work in the United States.โ€ He has a passion for facilitating conversation across religious (and other forms of) difference and is eager to learn from and with people doing this work on the ground.
